Net pay (take-home)
Net pay is the number that matters: what you actually take home. On Vano it's simple — the customer pays you the full job price directly and you keep 100%. On time-based jobs — cleaning, garden, moving, online tutoring — that's €22 an hour; Vano's booking fee is charged to the customer, not you.
